SME’s (Small and Medium Enterprises) Diploma

SME’s (Small and Medium Enterprises) Diploma

Key Concepts

BHC SME’s (Small and Medium Enterprise) Diploma is crucial to fostering economic and social development of the Arab countries. Unfortunately, the failure rate of small new businesses is high in their initial years. This is mostly due to lack of experience of the entrepreneur and the insufficient support mechanisms for start-up companies. The main goal of the diploma, as an incubator, is to disseminate the idea of self-employment among young women and young men and support them to convert their ideas of business to a real enterprise within the local communities. The diploma helps individuals in finding business ideas, conducting feasibility studies for such ideas, accessing public support or private risk capital, training, as well as the proposed processes for the operation, management, and monitoring of the enterprises.
