The Soft Skills Programs are designed to improve processes, products, and services by making incremental changes over time. The programs are a set of practices that aim to continuous self-improvement. The recent international reports and studies refer to a global skills gap that needs (Skilling, Reskilling and Upskilling), so the recruitment market is globally shifting its focus from requiring knowledge to requiring skills.

Workers today are significantly more likely to change career fields or jobs than they were in the past, and one company careers are becoming extinct. The advent of digital removed the barriers of entry in many industries, and small and medium sized companies have flourished, creating numerous jobs in the process. Focused with evolution, recruiters are looking for flexible and adaptable candidates who can move with ease between successive roles, functions, or companies.

The Personal, Interpersonal and Management Soft Skills Programs:

The Management Soft Skills Structure

  1. Personal Branding and Image Making

Description of the course: Though the concept of personal branding isn’t new, questions remain about how to create one and, more importantly, what it means to maintain and inhabit that brand.

Learners will understand both what personal branding means and what it means to inhabit their brand, they will establish themselves on at least three social media platforms and create a mission statement for their personal brand. The trainees will be able to build a board of directors for their brand o Become familiar with the basics of digital security and reputation management and create a system for on-going brand maintenance.

  1. Costumer Services

Description of the course: The Customer Service course will look at all types of customers and how we can serve them better and improve ourselves in the process. The trainees will be provided a strong skillset including in- person and over the phone techniques, dealing with difficult customers, and generating return business.

  1. Goal Setting Skills

Description of the course: This course will explore goal setting for individuals, focusing on different areas of a person’s life where goals can be applied. These include goals pertaining to people’s personal relationships, their health and well-being, their finances, their professional and educational development, and for their overall lifetime. The course will also look at the different rules and guidelines involved in effective goal setting, planning, and achievement, as well as the value that goal setting has in society and in life. This will include valuable tools and smart practices that can help you out with your own goals, no matter what they are or what they involve.

  1. Financial Knowledge

Description of the course: The Financial Knowledge training course is a comprehensive financial education curriculum designed to enhance students’ financial skills as well as train them to be financial educators to low- and moderate- income individuals and families outside the financial mainstream.

  1. Developing Training Program

Description of the course: In the developing training course, the trainees will learn how to create a course from start to finish; from choosing your topic to planning your course and creating the content, to developing course elements like video, audio, and course aides, to implementing, launching, and marketing the course, and finally evaluating the effectiveness and overall success of the course.

  1. Sales and Marketing Skills

Description of the course: The Sales and Marketing course is to gain an understanding to make good decisions to market goods and services in a manner to be able to sell as per targets and a never-ending demand for it is created in the marketplace.

  1. Team Building and Team Management Skills

Description of the course: Effective team management involves supporting, communicating with, and uplifting team members so they perform to the best of their abilities and continue to grow as professionals. Precisely what constitutes effective team management, however, may differ depending on the work environment and the people.

  1. Project Management Skills

Description of the course: The Project Management Skills course involves initiating, planning, executing, controlling, monitoring, and closing the work of a team to achieve specific goals and meet specific success objectives within a specified time. Project management comes with very specific and prominent constraints of scope, time, and cost.

  1. Crisis Management

Description of the course: The Crisis Management course aims at increasing the students understanding about the different concepts of crisis management, conflict management, conflict resolution and conflict prevention. The Trainees should be able to analyze and understand conflicts in these terms and the theoretical development of the concepts.
